AAC Block
AAC is short for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete, a kind of porous silicate product, with silica sand (70%), cement (10-15%), quick lime (10-15%) and gypsum (3%) as raw materials, and Alumunium paste as the foaming agent, made through a series of construction process (measuring, rebar inserting, foaming and cutting) then autoclaved under great heat and high pressure. It is a different from the traditional aerated concrete made out of fly ashes.
As our commitment to meets customers needs and also to response future challenge on AAC product with good performances, innovative & also environmentally friendly.
With spirit and awareness for environmental sustainability in construction and building materials has been making many researches leads to product innovation which is having low environmental impact. Particularly, in Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Industry. Green AAC concept is a solution of that aim.
GIP AAC Panel Advantages
Light & Strong Material
Having a weight of 1/3 of the weight of red bricks saves the cost of building structures.
Fire resistant
Meeting the requirements for the level of fire resistance with the SNI test method, the GIP AAC Block belongs to the category of non-combustible material.
Good Heat Insulation
Able to protect against heat in buildings. The result can save energy saving electricity costs due to the use of A/C costs.
Environmentally friendly
GIP AAC Block is an environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless product.
Low Absorption
Has pores that are not interconnected and the steam curing process is carried out in the production process. GIP AAC Block is a product that does not easily absorb water.
Soundproof
Having a good insulator value, it can reduce the noise level in the room so that the atmosphere will be calmer and more comfortable.
Time Efficiency & Easy Installation
GIP AAC Block has precise dimensions processed with automation machines, installation is much faster and neater.
